Starting from the scenic bowl of Pithoragarh, often called “Little Kashmir,” this expedition plunges you into the high-altitude wilderness of the Indo-Tibetan border. The journey follows the thundering Kali River, leading you to the sacred sanctuary of Adi Kailash, where the reflection of the peak in the turquoise Parvati Kund offers a moment of pure transcendence. The trail culminates in the awe-inspiring sight of Om Parvat, a geological wonder where the snow naturally etches the primordial sound of the universe onto the mountain’s face. It is a rugged, transformative journey through ancient villages like Gunji and Nabi, where time seems to stand still amidst the Himalayan giants.

DAY 1 – In the morning, depart from Pithoragarh and begin your journey towards Dharchula to Gunji, covering a distance of 160 km and in this route, you will see the villages, rivers and snowy mountains of Himalayan regions, and before evening, we will reach our homestay where you will have your dinner and take rest and prepare for tracking to the next day.

DAY 2 – In the morning from Gunji, we will go towards Jolingkong which is 25- 30 km away, and this is the trekking point of Adi Kailash. There is a 2 km trek from Jolingkong to Parvati Sarovar and 3 km trek from Parvati Sarovar to Gauri kund. While trekking, we will see Parvati Mukut Pandav Parvat and Bheem Kheti. After seeing all these things and worshiping, Lord Shiva and Parvati Mata, we will go back to our homestay in the evening at Gunji.

DAY 3 – On a beautiful morning, we will leave from Gunji towards Om Parvat, which is only 18 km away, where we will see and feel the presence of lord Shiva and a snow cover mountain where the shape of Om Is formed, also we will see the origin of Kali river and the cave of Ved Vyas, where he did his penance. After seeing all these holy places we will go back to Pithoragarh and check in into your hotel.
